Concrete Wall Sawing
All wall saws use hydraulic or electric to power the unit. Southern Cutting & Coring tool of choice is electric which service your interior and exterior needs. Blades used to wall saw have diamond segments around the perimeter which are used to cut the desired material. Blade sizes run from 12″ diameter to 54″ diameter cutting anywhere from 2″ deep to 24″ deep.
Track mounted diamond wall saws are utilized when precise, clean cuts for openings in vertical and horizontal surfaces are required. They are also very effective in cutting round surfaces such as tanks, towers, and pipes.
Unlike other methods of demolition, wall sawing leaves a smooth finish that is ready for the installation of door jambs and windows with no harm to the remaining structure. Walls can be cut on any angle and to any shape or size. Our blade sizes range from 4″ to 42″ diameters and have a cutting depth of 1″ to 17.5″.
